MRO Sales

Our MRO department focuses on the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations for commercial and industrial markets such as: property owners and management firms, municipalities, school systems, state and local government agencies, hospitals, and hospitality oriented contractors. Additionally, this MRO team is exceptionally knowledgeable in identifying and supplying specialty lamps for the medical, dental, sound, and theater communities.

Pete Gray, LC - Vice President, MRO Sales


As the Director of MRO Sales, Pete Gray has been with CNR Lighting for more than 20 years; he holds the highest certification in our industry, as a Lighting Certified specialist (LC), given by the National Council on the Qualification of Lighting Professionals. Pete oversees the sales and service initiatives for our MRO department.

John Dalziel, NAILD LS1 Certified, Account Executive


John Dalziel has more than five years of in-field lighting experience. Working closely with his customers to bring them energy-saving lighting alternatives, John brings his expertise to the educational sector and local Baltimore property management firms.

Angela Schwartz, Account Executive


Angela Schwartz has been with CNR for 13 years, focusing on state and local government customers. Angela is extremely versed in energy efficient lighting technologies, and is able to assist in locating unusual types of lamps, ballasts, and fixtures.

Donna Schools, Customer Service Manager


As one of our veteran employees, Donna Schools has been with CNR for more than 31 years. Her tenure here has made her a lamp expert. In addition to supervising the Customer Service staff, Donna is responsible for all lamp purchases, negotiating prices, setting stock levels, and maintaining inventory of our warehouse.

Sara Bulles, Customer Service


Sara Bulles has been with CNR for four years and brings nine years of customer service experience. Handling our customer relations, Sara services and enters incoming orders and provides price quotes.

Heather Adams, Customer Service


Heather Adams is also a part of our MRO Customer Service team, overseeing order expediting, order entry, and incoming phone orders.


Jae Anderson, NAILD LS1 Certified, Branch Manager


Jae Anderson brings 25 years of customer service experience, and holds an LS1 certification. As the Center for Sustainable Light branch manager, Jae is able to address technical questions, quotes, and all ordering for our Virginia and Metro DC accounts.

Penny Zibrowski, Business Development & Marketing Associate


With more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing related support and management positions in multiple industries, Penny has established and now maintains our CRM database and supports our sales efforts through PR, creating literature, planning training and customer appreciation events, while managing the office and merchandising the showroom in Herndon, VA. Robbie Souders, Account Executive

Robbie Souders has more than 15 years of experience in sales and has 12 years of experience as an electrician. Well versed with applications, fixtures, and technologies in the lighting industry, he services a broad clientele with a focus on property management.

Ed Rasinski possesses more than 25 years of experience in sales. His focuses are property management firms, government agencies, and energy service company (ESCO) contractors.
