The eMaryland marketplace is the first of its kind state Government procurement portal, providing the State of Maryland with a tool to handle the full spectrum of procurement activity. This site combines interactive bidding with catalog purchasing in an efficient and effective manner while maintaining strict security, business controls, and fiduciary accountability for your agencies.
